For the Chrono, the Top Pusher Starts and Stops the Chronograph While the Bottom Pusher Resets the Counters to Zero. The Case is Signed Outside Bulova Watch Co and NO (Bulova Date Code for 1970). There are also numbers engraved on the rear which are difficult to see.
