This Sears branded Sicura day/date dive watch has original tritium dial/hands and a 23 jewel automatic wind movement. The second crown locks the 41mm rotating bezel.

Sicura is the brand credited with reviving Breitling after they failed during the quartz revolution of the 1970s, For you youngsters, the Sears Roebuck and Company was the Amazon of their day, using a huge mail order catalog with hundreds of pages instead of the Interweb. You could buy just about everything from the Sears Catalog, including this fabulous collectible wristwatch.

Case:

The Large, chunky case has a Great Dive Style Because of the 41mm multi-color rotating bezel. The Chrome plated case with stainless steel screw-back in excellent original condition and has Hidden lugs. The top crown at the 2:00 position is for winding and setting the watch. The bottom crown at 4:00 is for locking down the rotating bezel.

Original Dial:

Original black dial with large contrasting creme tritium markers and hands. Day Date at 3:00. Fixed inner 24 hour bezel. The dial is signed Sears, Selfwinding and Below That, T Swiss Made T.

Automatic Movement:

Because the 23 jewel full rotor automatic movement has been serviced, it is keeping great time. Signed Sicura, Swiss.
