Description

Case:

Unpolished Stainless Steel Screw-Back Case with Down-Turned Lugs in Excellent Condition.  Original Factory Finish.  The Case is Stamped with Reference Number 2383-6 but there are two additional numbers.  Inside the case back is the number 271.  On the inside of the case there is a stamp of the number 49.  See photo.  This could indicate the year of production as the movement serial number dates the watch to 1949 also.  The case is Signed Inside Omega Watch Co, Fab.Suisse and Swiss Made.

Dial:

Original Bullseye Dial Has Aged to a Very Attractive Parchment Color.  The Omega Name and Logo Have Faded Beautifully.  I’ve Tested The Radium numbers and Hands And They are Original.  Large Sub-Seconds Register at 6:00.

Omega 30T2 Movement:

Omega 30T2PC, Swiss Made, 15 Jewel, Manual Wind Movement. Movement Serial Number Dates the Watch to Approximately 1949.  Ready to Wear.
