Description

Case:

Unpolished solid stainless steel case with early waterproofing design. The case back houses the movement and crystal as a single assembly that pushes up into the case from below. The crown uses a split stem to detach for service. See photos. The case is signed on the back, Octo Watch Co, Reserved, Swiss and Brevet + 217284 which is likely the patent number of the press through case.

Dial:

Beautiful dial design, with a gray center and blue and gray outer bands with white boarder. The blue band contains perfectly aged creamy roman numeral radium hour markers. The hour and minute hands are matching radium filled, with a fancy hour hand. There is an outer minutes/seconds track. The dial is Signed Octo, Swiss.

Movement:

Swiss Made, seventeen jewel, manual wind movement is signed Octo. The balance is stamped with the Octo Swiss export Code QOG.
