Well Preserved Early Longines Small Seconds Trench Watch with Mint Original Porcelain Dial, 14K Solid Gold Case, 18K Mesh Bracelet and High Grade Longines Caliber 13.98 Machine. The Case and Bracelet Contain Over 50 Grams of Solid Gold.  According to the Longines Archives in Switzerland This Movement Was Invoiced to Longines – Wittnauer in the USA in 1917 And They Contracted The Case To The Brooklyn Watch Case Company. This was a common practice which eliminated the high import tax imposed on European gold. Signed Longines on the Dial and Movement.

14K Gold Three Piece Cushion Case with Fixed Lugs and Attached 18K Gold Mesh Bracelet. Longines USA Contracted the Case to Brooklyn Watch Case Company. Inside Stamped with 14K Solid Gold Hallmarks.

Dial:

Original Mint White Porcelain with Radium Numerals and Matching Hands. Amazing Patina. Small Seconds above 6:00. Outer Minute Track. Dial Signed Longines.

Movement:

High Grade, Longines, Caliber 13.98 Swiss Made, Manual Wind Movement Signed Longines. Serial Number Dates the Watch to Approximately 1912-1913 But According to the Longines Archive it Was Invoiced in 1917.  Excellent Running Condition.
